Acceptance of terms

By using this website (sufiyasufi.com) or registering for the Virtual Run, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.

About Run for Dreams

Run for Dreams is a 5,000 km charity run by SufiyaSufi runner from Kanyakumari to Karakoram, May 12 — August 7, 2026. It is presented by College Mentor and supported by the Indian Army.

The website provides live tracking of Sufiya's run via an embedded GPS feed (Onelap), the option to register for a parallel Virtual Run, and information about sponsorship.

Virtual Run participation

The Virtual Run is offered in four categories: Personal Challenge, State Run, School Challenge, and Pace with Sufiya. Each has its own eligibility rules, distance, and verification requirements as described on the registration page.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are physically fit to run the distance you select, and you have consulted a doctor if you have any medical condition that might affect your ability to do so.
• You participate at your own risk. Run for Dreams, its organisers, and partners (including College Mentor, Dreams and Degrees, and the Indian Army) are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
• Any GPS data or photographs you submit as proof may be used by the campaign in social media, the documentary, or other promotional material with attribution.

Sponsorship and donations

Sponsorship enquiries are coordinated by Dreams and Degrees on behalf of the campaign. Sponsorship agreements, deliverables, and timelines are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Any payments toward sponsorship tiers are considered contributions to the campaign and are not refundable except in cases agreed in writing by the campaign organisers.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Run for Dreams logo, the Kanyakumari → Karakoram brand mark, photographs of SufiyaSufi runner, the route map, written copy, and the design of the site — is the property of the campaign and its creators.

You may share links to the site and download materials from the Press Kit for editorial coverage with appropriate credit. You may not use campaign assets for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party services

We embed a live GPS tracker from Onelap to display Sufiya's real-time position. Registration submissions are processed via Google Apps Script. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services, although we'll do our best to keep them working through the campaign.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms during the campaign. The latest version always lives at this URL. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email addresses of Virtual Run participants.
